Inspiration: When a few of us were talking about the spiritual pruning process,  a friend in our group said he asked God to mold him like clay on a potter’s wheel to shape him into a vessel for the master’s use.  However he went on to say that when God started shaping him, it wasn’t easy as he had to crucify his lusts and bad habits.  As in Adult water baptism, we go under the water to die to our selfish lusts and the ways of the world, and are raised up out of the water to live a new passionate life for Jesus Christ!  Even with Adult water baptism we have to die to our own pride and reputation and live as an ambassador for Jesus Christ!
