Inspiration: A computer programmer had fear and anxiety attacks at night disturbing his sleep.  When he spoke this scripture out loud, he felt at peace as God’s angels would look after him while he slept.  He learned to cast all his cares on the Lord Jesus Christ and stop worrying about finances.  He also asks Holy Spirit to put him to sleep when his mind is very active after he surrenders all to Jesus Christ.
